Returns & Refunds

First, we are awesome people. We are also nice. We are more than willing to help you work out any issues you may have with your purchase. The first step is to drop us a line and let us know what's up. We want you to be happy, so please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know that you need to start a return or exchange. Now, on to the details...

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, drop us a line and we'll verify whether it has cleared on our end or not. If it hasn't, we'll make sure to fix it. If it has, you'll need to contact your bank, and we'll be glad to get you any info they need to help process the refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded the sale price only, and not normal full price.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund. Sorry about this but normally these things can't be resold, and come on, it takes us extra time to make something special for you! We love to do it but we gotta slap the "All Sales Are Final" sticker on it.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. We can only issue refunds or exchanges to the original purchaser. If you need to exchange a gift, please have the person who gave you the items shoot us an email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a return label, the cost of return shipping could be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note that we do not offer returns or refunds on the Sinister Stash.
